All appointments will take place at West Renfrew House, 26 Brougham Street, Greenock, PA16 8AD.  In between McMillan Motors and In Style store.

There is no parking directly outside.  But Robertson Street, Campbell Street and the Esplanade are all just a short walk – all of which have free parking.

As of the start of January 2025 I paused selling gift vouchers, as it was becoming unfair to my regulars who were struggling to get booked in.  This may change in the future.

Just the same as non voucher paying customers you can book easily using the links on the website.  You are not charged at the time of booking.  All vouchers must be used by their expiry date.

In compliance with our insurance policies we can treat any person aged 13-15 with signed parental consent which I will obtain at their first appointment.

Please check with the studio about what treatments this applies to.  We reserve the right to refuse treatment of anyone should we not feel comfortable carrying out the treatment.

24 hours notice is required when cancelling.  We have a strict policy in place where you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost for cancellation where 24 hours has not been given.  However, we will charge 100% of the appointment cost in the event of a no show.
